I have not been able to discipline myself on the urge to buy all the fabrics I have been seeing these weeks. So I have to work harder to finish off them by creating more new works fast! :))

the Mini Tote bag
I have not been able to discipline myself on the urge to buy all the fabrics I have been seeing these weeks. So I have to work harder to finish off them by creating more new works fast! :))
So these are some of the handy mini tote bags, which are reversible! Ha, thot they are really lovely. Of course it goes without saying with all these unique asian textiles made that I do not want let go......

Buddha
Buddha always gives me a sense of the serenity and kindness. I love the image which I had taken from my room buddha statue, whcih I had it portrayed in the EastHaven Artcard.

My first experiment with the EastHaven hand/neck embellishment........
Two days ago I was just working on this new work. Today I am able to present this pretty hand embellishment or choker, adorned with a mystical beaded dragonfly for the season. It is made of felt appliqués featured with leaves, as if the dragonfly among the garden. It comes with leather string, which allows one to wear around the hand, arm, neck or even your anklet!!!

Drying of Bean Sprout Husks
I am currently preparing for new dried bean spout husks for making baby pillow. The process of collection involves many rounds of filtering and drying till they turn crispy and fully dried. The dried husks will then be left in a cool dry place for cooling and final sorting before filling into the pillows. The process is very time consuming, however the end result worths all effort! Believe that whoever have used the bean sprout pillows would have agreed to the amazing comfort it offers to the baby.
